Text messages are sent only after a customer has initiated contact with one of our client businesses by phone call, voicemail, or online service request and has continued the conversation via SMS.

Responses to inbound inquiries
Missed call follow-ups
Appointment scheduling or confirmations
Requests for service details such as address or availability
CallRescue does not send marketing messages, promotional content, or unsolicited text messages.
Message frequency is event-based and varies depending on customer interaction.
